Ordering:

My web-store utilizes Secure Socket Layer technology to encrypt all online transactions so you can be assured your privacy and security.  If you don't see the security lock at the bottom of your screen when you go to check out, please send me an email and let me know so I can get the security checked and fixed right away.

I add new inventory quite often so you will want to bookmark my site, refresh your screen and check back often to see what's new . . . In addition, you can sign up to receive my very informative newsletter that offers exclusive email specials to those that receive them.

Methods of Payment Accepted:

Payments for any of my services and products can be made by Personal Check (please note that there is a 14-day delay from the date I receive your personal check via snail-mail and the shipping of your order), Money Order-via snail mail will ship upon receipt, Major Credit Cards   via my web-store's shopping cart, and payments via PayPal are shipped within 24-72 hours depending on when your order is placed . . . I do not accept COD orders. To pay by check/money order, send the check WITH a copy of your order to: Isabel's Homemade Memories, 3175 Nogales Dr, Billings, MT 59101.

All funds must be in US Dollars and drawn on US Banks.

Payments made with a personal check will be shipped within 14-business days from the date I receive the check to allow the funds to clear the banking system.  In the event a check is returned from the bank as "Non-Sufficient-Funds" I will notify you of the NSF and will add the minimum $25.00--or current rate-- NSF bank charge -- you will then have 7 business days to send me a money order, before I turn it over to the proper authorities for collection.


International Orders:

International orders do not qualify for free shipping and are accepted only with a verifiable credit card.  The order will be shipped by the shipping venue to your country that can provide insurance, tracking and proof of delivery for packages. Prices vary by country as well as all shipments that are shipped outside the US may be subject to import custom charges, duties, fees and/or taxes which is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Please check with your local customs office for an estimate of charges on your order.  You credit card will be charged for any customs charges/duties/fees/taxes billed back to me.


FAQ's on Web-Store Ordering:

Is it safe to use my credit card in your web-store:   Yes, my site encrypts your information using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.  I lease my secure site from a reputable host that ensures my security measures are always working.  When your checking out you'll notice in your browser status bar (either at the top or bottom depending on your browser), you will notice a lock icon--if the icon is open, it's not secure--please let me know immediately so I can notify the security department . . . if the lock is closed you are in a secure, encrypted ordering site.

Can I add/delete items in my order, change the delivery address or date of delivery, or cancel my order?  ----  Yes, though I try to get orders shipped within 24-72 hours depending on the day you order, or holiday schedules . . . so you'd need to email or call me immediately.  Once the order has shipped you cannot cancel, change or delete an order.  Add-ons will need to be done in the form of a new order . . . canceling will result in a 15% restocking fee plus shipping fees (which are nonrefundable) and you are responsible for return shipping fees--refunds will not be made until I receive the merchandise back in resalable condition. 

Will I get e-mail or telephone calls from other companies due to my registering to order at Isabel's Homemade Memories?   --- NO, I do not sell, rent or share any information I receive from my customers with anyone.  I dislike marketing calls & emails I receive when I order on-line and that's something I will not allow in my business.  The only correspondence you will receive from me is your order confirmation and if you sign up for my newsletter - the newsletter.

When will my order arrive?  ---- I will send you an email when your order ships letting you know the shipper's name and tracking number so you can track the arrival date through them.
