Shipping and Return Policy

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from St. Petersburg, FL, depending on the volume of orders being processed, weekend and/or holidays.  Most orders will generally arrive 1-7 business days after being shipped.  Orders are ship Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping for International orders need to be calculated after order is pulled for the most current rate. I will send you a new email with the amount for you to approve or disapprove the order with the International Shipping Rate.

The day the order is submitted does not count as a delivery or processing day. I highly suggest calling me (4727-685-2134) directly to ensure your merchandise will arrive when needed.


Shipping Carriers

Orders ship within the US will be shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, depending on which carrier can get it to your area insured and with tracking.

For additional shipping fees, you may select Expedited shipping, both within the United States and Internationally. (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day).


Order Tracking

Orders shipped via UPS/FedEx will be issued a tracking number.  Orders that are shipped USPS Priority will be issued a USPS delivery confirmation number.

I will also update your order status on the website with the shipper information so you can track it's travels to you, and make delivery arrangements with the shipper if necessary.


Damaged in Shipping

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives, any damages is placed thru the carrier.



Return Policy

If you are not happy with your product when you receive it, you may return it, undamaged and unopened, within 30 days of the date it is shipped from Isabel's Scrapbook Store.  Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as it's delivered, and call 727-685-2134 to request a Return Authorization Number before returning to me.

In order to qualify for a refund/replacement, product(s) must arrive at Isabel's Scrapbook Store within 30 days of original shipping date, undamaged, unused and unopened.  I'm sorry, but I cannot accept unsaleable product for refund or replacement.  To ensure there is no damage on your return, please repack carefully to avoid damage in transit back to me.  

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and will work with you to reach a solution.  If the return is due to my error, I will refund your shipping back to me at the time the credit refund is issued.
